Kira's 1st Swim lessons w/ Miss Cerra!

Today was Kira's 1st swim lesson with Miss Cerra. She did great from the start with NO crying what so ever the entire lesson! She actually was ready to jump right in. It took Miss Cerra 3 tries to put on Kira's swim goggles in the beginning because Kira would immediately rip them off. After the 3rd time she just gave up and wore them. She looked so cute with them on! It's amazing that she is only 19 months and was already able to get the concept of hanging onto the side of the pool by herself, pulling herself up out of the pool and jumping into the water from a sitting position. Miss Cerra is an excellent teacher! Can't wait to see her learn more and eventually go under water like Logan is.

Logan's Swim Lessons with Miss Cerra!

Today Logan started back with Swim lessons with Miss Cerra. He did so great with her once again. It's amazing how well they do. When he is with her he has no fear and jumps off to her, swims to the side himself, dives down 4 feet to get a toy etc. We just wish sometime in the near future he'll decided to do all he knows at another pool without Miss Cerra there. Cousins!

This past weekend my parents had a Mongolian BBQ party for Labor Day. Logan and Kira got to visit with their cousins Dalton and Brock. Logan had a great time running around and following Dalton on the rocks in the backyard. Then Brock woke up from a nap and joined in. He also fell into the spa with his clothes on! Ha! He didn't think it was funny. Kira had a great time charming everyone with her "cuteness"! This is the only picture I got of all of them (their looking at Sylvia). (Logan needs a haircut BAD!)

New Pettiskirt for Kira!

I bought Kira another Pettiskirt. I think I am just addicted! They are too adorable and perfect for photo shoots! I just got this one this week so I had to quickly try it on her and it fit perfect and looked disgustingly CUTE on! She actually enjoyed it and was twirling the skirt around in the mirror. Then I tried on her Halloween costume and found out that it is soooo stinking CUTE as well. I purposely didn't take any pictures so I could wait for Halloween.

New Photography Chair!

I am sure no one is as excited as me but I got an Antique like Wingback Chair for photography! Can't wait to use it for my sessions. Here's Logan just trying it out. I think this is a sweet image of him (even though it's flash).

Logan & Kira LOVE Blacky!

We had dinner tonight at my parent's house and when Kira sees Blacky laying by the door she can't help herself and lays right next to him or on top of him and gives hugs. I snapped this picture when they both decided to give Blacky hugs! I thought it was so CUTE!

Tiborczszeghy TENNIS!

Vic decided to buy us all tennis rackets today considering we live right next to the tennis courts so why not?! It was a scorching afternoon but we walked to the tennis courts and played around for a bit. The minute Logan got there he decided he was tired and needed a rest...LOL! But then there is "busy" little Miss Kira....picking up balls, throwing them, running circles around the net! It was fun but way too hot!

Beanie time is almost here!!!

So today I was absolutely crazy and took both kids to the mall with me. I would NEVER do this on a busy weekend but we needed something at the Macy's One Day Sale. Of course even though it was so crowded I had to go stop in at least at the Children's Place and Baby Gap. It's like I know I don't want to but I have too! Anyhow, shopping now with 2 toddlers is NO FUN! You can't even think for one moment, can't make any decisions and are pretty much constantly looking around and "yelling" at someone to "stop", "don't" and "sit"........LOL! Well at least I was able to pick up a few things for Fall and Winter. Here is Kira modeling a new beanie for me. So cute!

My Family....minus ME!

Today both Vic and I were off work so we took the kids to Yorba Regional park. Logan and Kira had a good time exploring, climbing on rocks and watching the ducks and birds in the river. I've just starting noticing that I used to be the one always wanting to be in pictures and now I am hardly in ANY! What about me?! I think I'll need a professional photographer to take family pictures of us including ME soon! LOL! Ha!

Beautiful Sky!

Tonight my parents took Logan to the Angel game, so at home was just Vic, Kira and I. Kira always goes to bed early so it was so strange to have such a quiet house all to ourselves so early in the evening. We actually got to talk, hear and listen to each other! Then we decided to sit outside on our front porch and relax. As soon as I went outside and saw the sky I had to run back in and get my camera for the beautiful sky! Here it is....isn't it "dreamy"?! All you have to do is look up and your on vacation! Ha!

LOVE!

So finally I went out today and got some frames for these AMAZING photos I had taken of the kids back in June by a great photographer named Yvonne! I put these 8x10's in simple black frames with white matting so that I could just show how wonderful the images are. I call this post "Love" because I LOVE my kids uncontrollably (LOL) and when I display these on the walls in our house....I know when I walk by and look at them they will put a smile on my face and I will feel the love and happiness in my heart! Thanks to Yvonne for capturing my greatest loves!

I came home and found Logan doing this!!!

So I came home from work and found that Logan had a new talent....Climbing the refridgerator! Vic said he figured out he could climb the fridge to get himself some chips from the top! Too funny! And Kira thought a chair might help her. My two little cuties!

"Princess Leia" aka Kira

WOW! Our little Miss Kira Alexis is now 18 months!!! Where did the time go? Last time I checked I had a baby but lately I've noticed I have "kids"! Unbelievable! Here's a few of Kira playing around the house after I made her hair like Princess Leia! She looked so cute! I guess it's about time I posted some regular, non-photo session pictures! LOL!

Growth...

As some of you already know that I have somewhat "blossomed" into child photography! I am proud to say that as of now I have people paying me for child photography. It's unbelievable how I have learned so much more! I did a few sessions already with people I don't know and surprisingly it's gone really, really well. I was afraid that my "passion" for photography was going to be for my children only but I have come to find that it must be my "thing" because it doesn't matter who's child it is.....I just love doing this! Interacting with little ones, capturing different ages and stages.....their "true" smiles, their laughter, their joy and also their silliness! Not sure where I am going with this whole thing but I do know that I really enjoy it and am just doing what I have grown to love!
