Mommy and Logan!

Mommy and Logan! LOVE my little guy! He is growing up so fast and it's amazing how I realize it by looking at pictures of him and he looks so much "older". How did that happen? I'd love to get a picture of me with both kids but that's almost impossible to get a good one.

Your Panties in a Bunch!!!

Last night I was getting myself ready for my Dad's Surprise party and Kira was in the room with me. I guess she got into my underwear drawer because when I turned around she had my undies wrapped around and stuck on her!!! I was cracking up laughing and they were totally streched and stuck it was even hard for me to get them off so I had no idea how she got them on like that! She is too funny these days! (PS- She has a "boo boo" on her chin from falling the other day).

School Picture Day!

Logan had his first School Pictures taken at school today. Of course before we left for school I had to get a picture of him myself. I can't wait to see how they turned out. Whether they are "good" or "bad" I'll be purchasing them because they are his "1st". Can't believe my little guy is in Pre-K right now and having a great time!

It's Potty Time!

I am hoping to potty train Kira earlier than Logan. Logan was completely potty trained at 2 1/2 yrs within 2-3 days and including night time! I've heard girls are easier and train at an earlier age... we'll see. She's actually telling us when she's just gone poo-poo or pee-pee and is showing much interest in sitting on the potty. Here she is "practicing"! I think she likes to go thru the motions of sitting, getting the toilet paper, wiping and flushing the toilet. To her it's FUN!

It was such an unexpected beautiful day that I didn't bring any swim suits for the kids so I just let them get wet and sandy! They had fun!

The CORNER!

Early this evening Logan got into trouble and was sent to the corner (our laundry room) by Vic. Moments later I came down stairs to a much more quiet environment and asked Vic where Logan was and he said, "he's in the corner". I go over to look and there he is ASLEEP on the floor!!! Poor guy! Funny thing is, it's not like he was there very long, only the typical 3-4 minutes! I guess he was in dire need of a nap! Kids are so funny!

By the Lake...

This morning I had a photo session I had to do so it was nice that my family came along with me. Good thing it was actually really quick so I got to take some photos of Logan and Kira as well. They both LOVED feeding the ducks and really couldn't get enough of it. Logan thought it was hilarious to throw bread directly AT the ducks and to chase them. It was a nice morning and now it's HOT out!

Pretty Nails!

Pretty Nails! I decided to try and paint Kira's nails tonight. Funny thing is that she actually sat there and let me do it! She looks so "girly" and cute! I was just thinking the other day that I really can not believe that in another 4 months my baby is going to be TWO! How did that happen?! Too bad, no more babies for me. :(

A Green Bean!

A green bean tantrum! Logan was really tired (no nap) today and he refused to eat ONE SINGLE GREEN BEAN!!! All he had to do was it this dang green bean and all his "troubles" would be over. Nope! Instead, he sat there screaming, crying and throwing a fit like a mad man! Vic and I refused to give in and just let him sit there. Next thing we know he quieted down and fell asleep at the dinner table like this. For the record....he did NOT eat the green bean! Maybe I'll leave it on the table for him in the morning! LOL!

Kira's 1st Swim lessons w/ Miss Cerra!

Today was Kira's 1st swim lesson with Miss Cerra. She did great from the start with NO crying what so ever the entire lesson! She actually was ready to jump right in. It took Miss Cerra 3 tries to put on Kira's swim goggles in the beginning because Kira would immediately rip them off. After the 3rd time she just gave up and wore them. She looked so cute with them on! It's amazing that she is only 19 months and was already able to get the concept of hanging onto the side of the pool by herself, pulling herself up out of the pool and jumping into the water from a sitting position. Miss Cerra is an excellent teacher! Can't wait to see her learn more and eventually go under water like Logan is.
